在mac上环境乱了以后，出现描述：
Python “pip install ” is failing with AttributeError: 'module' object has no attribute 'SSL_ST_INIT'
也就是pip 命令也没办法操作，自然也无法通过pip install 或者pip uninstall 来解决问题。

使用命令：
sudo python -m easy_install --upgrade pyOpenSSL修复（fix）。
